So i’ve had a hectic year, X factor was a massive part of my life and the year after it has been busy. There was a lot of interest from people after the show including managers and contracts but i decided to take my time. I’m now working with a management team i trust, my brother, sister and a new edition to the team are working hard to help me. I trust them 100% i know they want what’s best for me and still fight for my dreams, plus if they ever try and get cheeky i know where they live ; )
After Dannii said no to me on x factor i had a mini crying session and went home deflated. Dannii said i wasn’t connecting to the song and that played on my mind. Music is my life so to be told your not connecting to something you feel is in you is hard. So a friend who built his own little studio at home called me round one day and asked me to have a listen to a beat he was working on, and that’s how ‘let me go’ came about. It was the first time i had picked up a pen since X factor and i locked myself away until i felt happy with the results. Georgio Savvides the producer is on the same page as me, the music is in us and we are experimenting and growing with it every day. We both loved that song and we still get great feedback from everyone even if it was recorded in a home studio.
I am kind of glad the new X-factor has started so that new faces would now be introduced to the public. Do not get me wrong i appreciate every moment of that show, the exposure allowed me to reach out to so many more people with my music and i am forever grateful. X factor is addictive Saturday and Sunday entertainment, i twitter about it all night like every1 else. I am giving my public support to Trayc i mean her voice is phenomenal, i was with her last year in boot camp and she is genuinely such a great girl and deserves to be there. Vocally Matt and Mary are just, well in simple terms they are WOW. Love them. Cher is just in a new league and has that Uk sound, she can help our new wave of sound grow. At the moment Ladbrinth, Tinie Tempah, Roll Deep, Skepta and so many more Uk artists are making people abroad sit up and realise the UK is FULL of talent and that our streets have their own original sound. But people people people i am sooooo ready to share my music with you all. Stay with me and you’ll hear some new quality tacks.
I couldn’t wait for my website to be set up because now everyone has somewhere to come and see what i am about, what i do and just generally have a listen and let me know what you think. You are all part of the reason that i still follow my dreams, your words of support and feedback on youtube lets me know that people actually do listen, and your opinions count so keep commenting.
